About Pacific Palms RV Resort



Pacific Palms RV Resort opened on July 4th 2022, joining our sister property Pacific Shores Resort in welcoming guests to this wonderful part of Vancouver Island.

We feature 84 beachfront full-service 50amp sites conveniently located alongside the Parksville Beach boardwalk.


Important Resort Policy:

 

  • Office hours are 8am to 8pm daily. Laundry room & Clubhouse hours are 9am to 10pm daily. (all signed out equipment needs to be returned to office by 8pm)  
  • Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am: should you arrive in town earlier, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you sooner.
  • Full deposit: On completion of your reservation, 100% of the balance owing + taxes will be charged to your credit card.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reduce nights on a reservation 15 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel/change fee is $15 plus a fee that is a percentage of the cost of all cancelled nights as follows;

50% for reservations held more than Six months (181 days or more)

40% for reservations held Five to Six months (151 days to 180 days)

30% for reservations held Four to Five months (121 days to 150 days)

20% for reservations held Three to Four months(91 days to 120 days)

15% for reservations held Two to Three months (61 days to 90days)

10% for reservations held One day to Two months ( 1 to 60 days)   

  • Cancelations within 2 weeks (14 days prior to arrival) of booking are non-refundable. No Exceptions.
  • Early departures are subject to a full charge. 
  • Extended Stays (30 nights or more) require $550.00 deposit + 1st Month's payment at the time of booking. 
  • Extended Stay cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a partial refund less $15 processing fee. Or 1 full month will be applied as a cancellation fee + the $15 processing fee.
  • After Checking In: to cancel an extended stay earlier than the originally agreed upon departure date - a full 30 days prior notice (1st to 30th) is mandatory or one full month will be applied as a cancellation fee + the $15 processing fee.
  • Travel trailers/5th wheels are not permitted to back into a pull-in site. Pull In sites are for Class A, B or C, and trucks with campers.
  • Water connections in the resort have a pressure of 90psi to 120psi - for this reason, all rigs must be equipped with an RV water pressure regulator to prevent damage.
  • All of our sites are 50-amp. If you happen to be in a 30-amp rig, you will need a 50/30 adapter to connect to our power.
  • For your convenience, we do sell Water Pressure Regulators & 50/30 adapters in our onsite store.
  • All sites are equipped with a 4" threaded female sewer hose connection. Please ensure you have a suitable airtight connection before your arrival if you are hooking up to our sewer system.
  • All pets are to be leashed before exiting vehicles & rigs - Please take your dogs to either the fenced area by the gravel parking lot beside the washrooms to do their business or you can take them to the side lot below the main road. All pet owners are expected to pick up after their pets. The bags are provided at the pet station.
  • Propane Fire Rings are allowed at the resort - Open fires are not permitted at the resort or at the beach.
  • To ensure everyone enjoys their stay - resort quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am. No Generators.
  • RVs 15 years or older must send recent photos for managements approval before making a reservation.
