Check-In / Check-Out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Check-In:   3pm (Should you need an early check-in, please keep us informed in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you)

Check-Out:   11am

Late Check-Out:   2pm (for an additional fee of $50.00)



Reservations and Cancellation Policies :

  • On completion of your reservation, 100% of the balance owing + taxes will be charged to your credit card.
  • Site assignment is subject to change without notice.  If you require a specific site, please inform management at time of booking.
  • If you cancel or reduce nights on a reservation 15 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel / change fee is $25 plus a fee that is a percentage of the cost of all cancelled nights as follows: 


50% for reservations held more than six months

25% for reservations held three to six months

15% for reservations held less than three months


  • Cancelations within 2 weeks prior to arrival are Non-refundable.
  • Early departures are subject to a full charge.
  • Extended Stays (30 nights or more) require a $750.00 deposit to confirm reservation.
  • Extended Stay cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a partial refund less $25 processing fee.
  • After Checking In:  To cancel an Extended Stay earlier than the originally agreed upon departure date - a full 30 day written notice is required  and the above cancellation percentages apply.


Property Terms and Conditions

• All sites are to be kept clean & tidy for the duration of your stay; and properly cleaned before departure.

• No Tents or Tent Trailers.  Pop-up shelters are allowed one per site.

• RV-rated mats are restricted to 5 x 10 at entry to RV only.

• Pets MUST always be leashed and it is the guest’s responsibility to pick up after them. Bags are available at the pet station.

• No wood burning fires, No fireworks.  Propane fire rings are permitted.

• To help everyone enjoy their time at the Resort, loud music is not allowed at any time, and quiet hours are between 10pm to 10am. No Generators.

• RV’s must be 12 years old or newer.  For any RVs older than 12 years, please forward details and provide photos for management approval.

• One RV per site, parking is only permitted on gravel.  No sideways parking.

• Water connections are pressurized (90-120 PSI). A pressure regulator is strongly recommended.

• All Sites are equipped with 50 Amp service.
